Goodbye goodbye
A very quick update. The last days I’ve been running around like crazy to get everything in order for my big departure day. Unbelievable that in a day I’ll be about 10 thousand kilometres from Amsterdam. Anyway, my room’s clean, my backpack’s packed (I did it again: my 35-litre-backpack still has plenty of space left!! 
), and I think I’ve tried to tie every loose end there was to tie. Sort of…
Anyhow, tomorrow morning at 0730 I’ll take the train to Venlo (Netherlands) from which I’ll take another train to Dusseldorf airport (Germany) from which I’ll fly to Paris (France) from which I’ll to Mexico City (Mexico). Once there I have a few days to explore Mexico City and its surroundings. After that I’ll head to Colola, located on the Mexican west coast, where my good friend Ferco is currently protecting turtles (story & info: http://travel.guardian.co.uk/ecotourism/story/0,8945,521396,00.html). I’ll be hanging around there for a bit and then probably head southward towards Guatemala and Belize. But hey, who knows what happens, right!?!?
I’ll try to post here once in every while and place some pics for an impression of all the stuff I’m seeing and doing in Central America. Gotta go now, goodbye goodbye, the road is waiting!!! Whooheeeee!!
